Job Description

You will be responsible for managing daily site activities, supervising teams and subcontractors, ensuring safe delivery, and maintaining quality and programme across a technically demanding reinforced concrete scheme.

Key Responsibilities

  * 

    Oversee day-to-day site operations on RC structures works

  * 

    Manage site teams, subcontractors and material coordination

  * 

    Produce, review and approve RAMS, permits and daily reports

  * 

    Ensure full compliance with CDM and HSEQ requirements

  * 

    Liaise with the Project Manager, engineers and stakeholders

  * 

    Maintain programme, quality standards and cost control

Requirements

  * 

    Proven experience as a Site Agent on RC frame or RC structures projects

  * 

    Strong leadership and communication skills

  * 

    SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), First Aid

  * 

    Experience managing complex RC works

  * 

    Ability to start immediately

  * 

    Eligible to operate on a CIS or Ltd basis (Outside IR35)
