The Role
You will take full responsibility for day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee site operations from start to completion
* Manage subcontractors and site teams
* Maintain health & safety compliance
* Track programme and progress
* Ensure quality control and attention to detail
* Liaise with clients and stakeholders
Requirements
* Experience as a Site Manager
* Background in residential or commercial projects
* SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
* Strong leadership and organisation skills
