About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Construction Site Manager to oversee projects in Liverpool for a temporary 4-week period, starting on 7th August 2026 running until 5th September.

The ideal candidate will hit the ground running, ensuring that all site operations run safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards while keeping the project strictly on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

* Site Operations: Oversee day-to-day site activities, manage subcontractors, and coordinate material deliveries.
* Health & Safety: Strictly enforce health and safety regulations, conduct site inductions, and perform regular risk assessments.
* Progress Tracking: Monitor the construction program to ensure milestones are met within the 4-week timeframe.
* Quality Control: Ensure all workmanship complies with building regulations, design specifications, and quality standards.
* Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and stakeholders, leading daily briefings and site meetings.
* 
Requirements & Qualifications

* Proven experience as a Construction Site Manager on similar builds.
* Valid SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification.
* Current First Aid at Work certificate.
* Valid CSCS Card (Black or Gold manager card preferred).
* Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
* Ability to commit fully to the 4-week duration starting 7th August 2026.
