Job Description

We are now looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Tutor to deliver engaging and impactful training in Warehousing, Retail, English, and Soft Skills.

As a Tutor, you will plan and deliver high-quality, engaging sessions that support adult learners in gaining qualifications, developing employability skills, and progressing into further training or employment.

Key Responsibilities

  * Plan and deliver engaging sessions in Warehousing, Retail, English, and Soft Skills (up to Level 2)

  * Adapt teaching to meet individual learner needs using initial assessments

  * Track learner progress and complete key documentation (reviews, attendance)

  * Provide clear feedback and support learners to achieve and progress

  * Embed employability, digital skills, safeguarding, and equality & diversity into sessions

  * Support learners into further training or employment

  * Work with colleagues to ensure high-quality delivery and positive learner outcomes

Essential:

  * Recognised teaching qualification / Level 3 Assessor Award (or equivalent)

  * Experience working in a warehouse or retail environment

  * Experience delivering training to adult learners
