What You'll Do:
Deliver 1:1 and small group support tailored to EHCPs
Implement positive behaviour management and de-escalation strategies
Adapt lessons and resources to meet complex learning needs
Monitor progress and contribute to reviews
Work closely with SENCO, pastoral staff, and external specialists
What We're Looking For:
Experience with SEMH, Autism (ASC), ADHD, or challenging behaviour
Training/experience in behaviour management (e.g., Team Teach)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Calm, resilient, and patient approach
