We're hiring for an experienced BMS Engineer who is looking to transition from field-based work to being the go-to contact for a static site in Newcastle. This is your opportunity to excel in a unique and exciting role midway between commissioning, servicing, and project development.

Role Overview

Your primary mission will be to oversee complete hands-on technical management of the building management systems at a high-profile site. You will lead the way to provide unparalleled technical support, ensuring maximum energy efficiency and outstanding customer experience. You will also be the key point of contact should you need to draft in support from the Service and Commissioning team.

Key Responsibilities

Commission and service the building management systems on site

Execute projects in-line with the client's needs and system enhancements

Act as the primary contact for all technical support and maintenance tasks

Optimise energy efficiency through proactive system analysis

Identify and address any technical faults within the ongoing system

* Collaborate effectively with wider teams to achieve optimal customer satisfaction

The Ideal Candidate

Proven BMS engineering experience (3+ years) and comfort in hands-on technical roles

Experience with commissioning, servicing, and project execution

Ability to work as both a team player and independently when needed

Expert understanding of building management system operations

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Full UK driving licence is a plus
