Job Description

Crem Recruitment are delighted to be working with our client, a well-established manufacturing business based on the outskirts of Cambridge, to recruit experienced Warehouse Operatives for their busy site.

This is a temporary ongoing position offering full-time hours, and a clean, well-organised working environment. Start times are flexible, making it ideal for someone who needs a bit of give in their day.

Responsibilities

  * Prepare and assemble kits for production.

  * Receive and process goods inwards.

  * Pack and dispatch parts to subcontractors.

  * Handle customer collections and returns in a professional manner.

  * Assist with daily stock checks and general warehouse housekeeping.

  * Support other departments when required.

Requirements

  * Previous warehouse experience is preferred, demonstrating familiarity with warehouse operations.

  * Confident IT skills and experience using warehouse systems.

  * Strong customer service and communication skills.

  * Reliable, proactive, and able to work well within a team.

  * Forklift licence or ERP system experience is an advantage.

The Details:
Pay rate: £12.57 per hour (weekly pay)
Hours: 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday, flexible start times
Location: Outskirts of Cambridge (own transport recommended)

Start date: Immediate
Type: Temporary ongoing with potential for long-term work
