Job Description

Infused Solutions is supporting a leading organisation in recruiting a commercially minded Strategic Partnerships Manager with substantial experience in the sports sector. This role will be instrumental in shaping and delivering partnership programmes, working with internal teams and external collaborators to increase market impact and drive sustained growth. What you'll do: Design and deliver partnership programmes and brand collaboration agreements. Analyse market trends and competitor activity to uncover new opportunities. Create bespoke partnership presentations and lead commercial negotiations. Oversee the full lifecycle of partner relationships, ensuring all commitments are met. Work closely with marketing, product, events, and operations on campaign delivery. Track performance against key metrics and provide clear, data-led insights.Who we're looking for: Experience in sponsorship, partnership activation, or commercial partnerships. Strategic thinker with creative campaign ideas. Strong digital marketing and multi-channel experience. Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills. Confident in managing multiple projects and collaborating across teams. Real passion for sport and strong knowledge of UK and European markets.
