Support Workers Needed – Mental Health Services (Redruth & Surrounding Areas)
£13.00 per hour (Days) | £13.75 per hour (Waking Nights)

Educare Recruitment is looking for dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our team, supporting adults with mental health needs across Redruth and the wider Cornwall area.

What You’ll Do:

  * 

    Provide person-centred support to individuals with mental health needs

  * 

    Promote independence, wellbeing, and positive outcomes

  * 

    Assist with daily living tasks, emotional support, and community engagement

  * 

    Maintain clear records and follow support plans

  * 

    Work as part of a supportive, professional team

Requirements:

  * 

    Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)

  * 

    Willing to work long hours, including days or waking nights

  * 

    Previous support experience beneficial but not essential

  * 

    A caring, patient, and reliable nature
