Job Description: Female Support Worker (WS11 – Cannock)
### Role Overview
We are currently recruiting Support Workers in the WS11 area (Cannock). This is a 2:1 support role supporting a female client in her 20s, offering both day and night shifts.
### Key Responsibilities
Provide day and night support to the client on a 2:1 basis
Support daily living activities and encourage independence
Implement person-centred support plans
Support individuals with:
* Autism
* Challenging behaviours
* Prader–Willi syndrome
Provide medication support in line with care plans and procedures
Promote safety, dignity, and positive outcomes at all times
Work collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals, and the wider team
### Requirements
Minimum 12 months UK care experience
Experience supporting individuals with Autism, challenging behaviours, and Prader–Willi syndrome
Proven experience with medication support
Must be a driver with an automatic licence/vehicle
Availability for day and night shifts
