These roles are ideal for LSAs seeking long-term stability or flexible day-to-day experience, with excellent opportunities for growth into HLTA or teacher training pathways.

Your Role May Include:

Supporting pupils in and out of class with both learning and wellbeing

Helping teachers deliver creative, inclusive lessons

Encouraging positive behaviour and building confidence through praise and consistency

Creating a calm, engaging environment where every child can flourish

What We’re Looking For:

A genuine passion for supporting children’s education and development

Strong communication skills and a patient, proactive attitude

Experience in a primary or childcare setting (school, nursery, or youth work) preferred

Enhanced Child-Only DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
