The school is a mainstream primary school with an Additionally Resourced Provision (ARP) for students with Autism. They are looking for a proactive, motivated teaching assistant to join their provision from January 2026.

As a teaching assistant, you will:
Support students with communication skills
Encourage social interaction and play skills
Assist with emotional regulation and coping strategies
Facilitate pre-academic and early learning skills
Use evidence-based strategies (e.g., ABA principles, positive behaviour support) to reduce challenging behaviour
