We’re working with some brilliant primary schools across Neath Port Talbot and are looking for enthusiastic, reliable Teaching Assistants to join us. Whether you want full-time work or something more flexible, we’ve got roles to suit you.

What you’ll be doing:

Supporting pupils in the classroom, either 1:1 or in small groups
Helping with learning activities and extra support sessions
Creating a positive and encouraging learning environment
Gaining experience across EYFS, KS1, KS2, and supporting pupils with ALN

What we’re looking for:

Experience working with children (ALN experience is a bonus)
A patient, caring, and positive attitude
