Primary Teaching Assistant – Year 3 | Salford

Location: Salford, Greater Manchester
Pay: £92.63 – £110 per day (depending on experience)

We are currently recruiting a friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Salford. This is a fantastic opportunity to support a Year 3 class and make a positive impact on pupils' learning and development.

The Role

As a General Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside the class teacher to provide classroom support, assist with learning activities, and help create a positive and engaging environment where every child can thrive.

Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting the class teacher with the delivery of engaging lessons.

Working with small groups and individual pupils to reinforce learning.

Encouraging positive behaviour and promoting an inclusive classroom environment.

Assisting with classroom preparation and resources.

Supporting pupils' academic, social, and emotional development.

Has previous experience working with children in a primary school or educational setting.

Has a positive, caring, and patient approach.

Can build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
