We are working in partnership with a friendly and inclusive primary school in Corby that is seeking to appoint a committed Teaching Assistant to join their team ASAP.

The Role
Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
Working with pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
Supporting pupils with SEND and additional learning needs where required
Helping pupils stay focused, engaged, and motivated throughout the school day
Supporting positive behaviour and contributing to a calm, nurturing classroom environment
Assisting with targeted interventions to support pupil progress in English and Maths
Encouraging pupils to develop confidence, independence, and resilience
Supporting classroom routines and wider pastoral needs where required
Working collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to ensure pupils receive the best possible support

Has previous experience working with children, young people, education, nursery, care, youth work, coaching, or a similar setting - desirable but not essential
