Smart Education is recruiting for a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to support KS1 pupils within a specialist setting in the Stratford-upon-Avon area. This position offers an immediate start and requires someone confident, proactive and experienced in supporting young learners with additional needs.

Job Requirements:
• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
• Experience supporting KS1 pupils, ideally within SEND
• Positive, energetic and committed to providing high-quality support
• Ability to assist with phonics, early literacy and numeracy
• Good communication skills with staff and families
• Enhanced Child & Adult Workforce DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
Role Responsibilities:
• Provide support to KS1 pupils during lessons, activities and routines
• Assist with 1:1 and small-group learning
• Help deliver personalised learning plans
• Promote independence, communication and social development
• Assist with classroom preparation and organisation
• Maintain a safe, calm and supportive learning environment
