TEAM LEADER – Children’s Residential Home (OFSTED) – Peterborough (PE1)

Team Leader | Senior Support Worker | Senior Residential Support Worker | Deputy Manager | Children’s Home Team Leader | EBD Team Leader | Young People’s Team Leader

Lead shifts, support staff, ensure safeguarding and OFSTED compliance, and help create a safe, nurturing, child‑centred environment for young people with EBD.

    Level 3 in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)

  * 

    Experience in a Children’s Residential Home

  * 

    Strong understanding of safeguarding and OFSTED frameworks

  * 

    Confident leading shifts and supporting junior staff

  * 

    Driving licence preferred
