VEHICLE TECHNICIAN 
Location: Worcester 
Basic Salary: Up to £45,000 
OTE: Up to £48,000 + Benefits 
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent 
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm or 9:00am to 5:30pm + Saturdays on a rota

With a basic salary of up to £45,000, realistic earnings of up to £48,000 OTE, and weekday shift options, this could be a seriously attractive next move.

THE ROLE 
As a Vehicle Technician, you'll be responsible for carrying out high-quality servicing, maintenance, repairs and diagnostic work, ensuring every vehicle is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standard. 
Your responsibilities will include: 
·Carrying out servicing, maintenance and repair work 
·Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults 
·Completing repairs efficiently and accurately 
·Working to manufacturer and workshop standards 
·Carrying out vehicle inspections and identifying additional work where required 
·Completing all associated job cards and workshop documentation 
·Keeping up to date with the latest vehicle technology and repair techniques 
·Working closely with the wider workshop team and sharing technical knowledge 
  
ABOUT YOU 
We're looking for a qualified Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic / Automotive Technician with: 
·NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent 
·Previous experience servicing and repairing vehicles 
·Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills 
·A high standard of workmanship and attention to detail 
·Full UK Driving Licence 
·EV/Hybrid qualifications would be advantageous but are not essential, with training available 
·An MOT Licence would be beneficial but is not essential.
