Job Description

Territory Sales Manager – Southeast England

Salary: £53,000–£55,000 + £719 monthly car allowance + uncapped bonus (10% of contribution margin growth)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm (35 hours per week)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and commercially driven Territory Sales Manager to join a leading international business within the lubricants and specialty fluids market.

This field-based role will focus on managing and developing existing customer accounts across Southeast England, while identifying and securing new business opportunities to drive sales growth and increase market share.

Key Responsibilities

  * Manage and grow an established customer base.

  * Develop new business opportunities across automotive and industrial sectors.

  * Build strong customer relationships and provide solution-based sales support.

  * Identify market opportunities through customer engagement and market analysis.

  * Manage the sales pipeline from initial enquiry through to implementation.

  * Provide technical advice and tailored product solutions.

About You

  * Proven experience in sales and business development.

  * Strong consultative and relationship-building skills.

  * Experience selling technical products or solutions.

  * Ability to identify opportunities and deliver profitable growth.

  * Lubricants or metalworking fluids experience is advantageous but not essential
