As a Therapeutic Childcare Practitioner, you’ll:
* · Provide care, nurture, and emotional support to children in our homes
* Help them begin to recover from trauma in a warm, therapeutic environment
* Support children to build trust, self-esteem, and healthier relationships
* Engage in reflective practice and contribute to a community of care
