* Ensure consistently strong safeguarding, care planning, and regulatory compliance
* Work closely with our clinical and senior leadership teams within the wider therapeutic community
* Embed a culture of reflective practice, supervision, emotional containment, and accountability
* Support staff to think about behaviour, trauma, transference and relational dynamics — not just manage incidents
* Ensure the home offers children a lived experience of safety, reliability, thoughtfulness and care
You will be both manager and therapeutic leader — someone who can hold complexity, stay thoughtful under pressure, and support others to do the same
