In this introductory role, you will actively engage with customers, develop new relationships, and foster existing ones, while collaborating with the UK’s leading financial advisers.

THIS TRAINEE CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST ROLE INCLUDES:
Manage and resolve technical queries
Act as a primary point of contact for clients, delivering timely information and resolving any technical issues they encounter
Update CRM system accordingly
Ensure all relevant spreadsheets are accurately maintained and kept up to date
Keep up with industry and internal changes that that may affect your role
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR THIS ROLE WILL REQUIRE THE BELOW:
Demonstrates initiative in identifying solutions and assisting others
Eager to learn and quickly adapt in fast-paced environments.
Ability to multitask and carry out tasks to the highest level
Confident with electronic data systems
Experience with excel, word & Microsoft outlook
Ability to balance conflicting demands in a calm and friendly manner
Precise and an eye for detail
