The SMART Repair Technician role:

As a SMART Repair Technician, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality repairs to minor vehicle damage - ensuring every customer experiences the exceptional service and craftsmanship synonymous with Lexus and Toyota.

Working in our state-of-the-art, climate-controlled SMART repair facility, you’ll use your technical expertise to restore paintwork, bumpers, and bodywork to impeccable standards. Every repair you complete will reflect our commitment to quality and excellence.

Key Highlights of the Role:

•    Carry out SMART repairs on customer and used vehicle stock, including paintwork, bumper scuffs, and small dent removal
 •    Prepare vehicles for repair, including sanding, masking, and priming
 •    Mix and apply paints to match original finishes
 •    Maintain high productivity while meeting our strict quality standards
 •    Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with manufacturer guidelines
 •    Manage your own workload efficiently, meeting agreed deadlines and targets
 •    Keep your work area clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety regulations
 •    Support colleagues in the wider aftersales team when required

 •    ATA accreditation desirable but not essential
