Job Description

Your new company 
Working for a large public sector organisation based in Cardiff City Centre.

Your new role 

Send electronic vetting packs to customers.
Review vetting forms returned by customers
Set up DBS accounts for customers
Arrange and hold in-person vetting appointments to conduct ID and right to work checks
Arrange virtual vetting appointments to complete share code checks
Manage the Vetting mailbox (shared with other members of the team on a rotation basis)
Update the HR database when vetting has concluded.
Undertake other administration work as required.
What you'll need to succeed 

Confident in navigating multiple CRM systems
Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
Good understanding of confidentiality and data protection
 Ability to work in a busy and fast-paced environment 
Good communication skills
What you'll get in return 

13.45 per hour
12 week temporary role
Office based - Cardiff
37 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
DBS check is covered by the agency.
