Waking Night Support Worker – Newport

£24,336 – £28,080 per annum
10pm – 10am | 3 shifts per week

What We Offer

The Role

You’ll provide consistent, compassionate support to children and young people throughout the night – ensuring their safety, comfort, and emotional wellbeing. This is a role where your calm presence and commitment can truly change lives.

What We’re Looking For

    Experience in residential care (children’s or adults’) preferred

  * 

    A caring, patient, and dependable approach

  * 

    Ability to work night shifts on a rolling rota

  * 

    A full UK driving licence
