Job Description

Taskmaster is recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Coordinator to join a growing manufacturing site in the Scunthorpe (DN15) area.

We’re looking for someone who can support the Warehouse Manager, drive performance and ensure smooth, efficient warehouse operations.

Pay - £30,000per annum

Hours of work - Rotating Shifts 6am–2pm and 2pm–10pm

Key Responsibilities:

  * Support daily warehouse functions & continuous improvement

  * Communicate effectively with sales, production & warehouse teams

  * Monitor attendance, performance & training needs

  * Maintain accurate stock control systems

  * Ensure KPIs for quality, delivery, productivity & cost are met

  * Plan future warehouse capacity

  * Oversee equipment and vehicle maintenance

What We’re Looking For:

  * Minimum 2 years’ warehouse experience

  * Strong communication & organisational skills

  * Confident with stock management

  * Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

  * SAP experience desirable

  * Counterbalance FLT licence beneficial

  * Good knowledge of Excel / Microsoft packages
