Job Description

Apex Resources urgently require experienced Warehouse Office Admin for their manufacturing client in Inchinnan.

Experience of working in a fast paced, target driven warehouse environment is essential for this role. The ideal candidate will have a knowledge of ERP systems and computer skills

As a Warehouse Office Admin you will

work in fast paced environment

Communicate with internal departments within the company via email or telephone

speak to customers via email or telephone , with a high standard

Use our Epicor system daily to support warehouse operators

Order processing, print off orders & assign to warehouse pickers handheld scanners

Preparing delivery notes ready for shipping pallets / boxes to customers

Adhering to Health & Safety polices

Computer skills required ( excel, outlook ), ideally previous admin experience

This is dayshift position working Monday to Thursday - 8:30-17:00, Friday 8:30 – 16:00 paid at £12.71 per hour

This role is long term temporary ongoing with the potential of full time for the right candidates
