Job Description

A key client of ours is seeking a dedicated warehouse operative to join their busy team in Berkeley. This role is ideal for someone who is hard working, reliable, and confident with manual handling tasks.

Working Hours:

  * 8:00am – 4:30pm or 8:30am – 5:00pm
    Working Days:

  * Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)

Role Responsibilities:

  * Working as a warehouse operative moving and lifting boxes of storage throughout the warehouse.

  * Using a handheld scanning system to log, track and process items accurately

  * Supporting general warehouse duties and maintaining a clean, organised workspace

  * Assisting the wider team where required

About You:

  * Experience as a warehouse operative is desirable but not essential

  * Must be hard working with no holidays planned before Christmas

  * Able to move and lift boxes throughout the day

  * Comfortable using or learning a scanning system

  * Available to start immediately

  * Reliable and able to commute to Berkeley for an 8:00am/8:30am start each day.

  * Equipped with safety boots

  * As part of the onboarding process, a DBS check will be carried out once you start, so please confirm that you do not have a criminal record.
