Role Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced Fire Stopping Working Supervisor to oversee and support our site teams. The role combines hands-on installation with supervision responsibilities, ensuring all works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest compliance standards. Covering London, South East and occasionnal nationwide travel.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and carry out fire stopping and compartmentation works.
* Conduct small works, surveys, and prepare material take-offs.
* Manage site operatives and subcontractors, ensuring quality and compliance.
* Liaise with clients, project managers, and site teams.
* Maintain site safety, documentation, and reporting standards.
Requirements:
* Proven experience within passive fire protection.
* Good understanding of FIRAS / BM TRADA standards.
* CSCS (Gold/Supervisory) – SSSTS preferred.
* Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills.
* Full UK driving licence.
