Year 3 Teacher - Chelmsford
 Start Date: January 2026
 Contract: Full-time, fixed term until July (two terms, with the possibility to be extended)

Tradewind Agency is working with a three form entry primary school located in Chelmsford, Essex, which is seeking a Year 3 teacher to start in January.

This is a lovely, creative and oversubscribed school, which provides a welcoming and supportive environment and has a good track record of assisting ECTs.

The successful candidate will:

Take full responsibility for a Year 3 class, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning.

Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management skills, creating a calm and purposeful environment.
Work effectively with year group colleagues to plan and assess as part of a supportive teaching team.
Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents to promote a cohesive school community.
