Job Description

Administrator Quatro House (GU16) £13.00 – £15.00 per hour 37 hours per week | Monday–Friday Start Date: 4th May 2026 JML Jobmatcha are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join a well-established facilities and infrastructure team based in Frimley. This is an initial 8-month contract with potential for extension, offering a great opportunity to secure consistent work within a busy, professional environment. Key Responsibilities: * General administration and accurate data entry * Reviewing and maintaining records and documentation * Updating CAFM systems and internal databases * Managing and closing work orders * Taking minutes in client meetings * Supporting the wider team with day-to-day admin tasks Requirements: * Previous experience in an administrative role * Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel * High attention to detail and accuracy * Strong organisational and communication skills * Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines * Must be eligible for BPSS clearance ⭐ Preferred (Not Essential): * Experience working for a contractor, facilities management, or construction environment * Familiarity with CAFM systems or similar document management tools * Experience supporting operational or project teams 📩 Apply Now: If you’re a reliable and detail-focused Administrator looking for your next opportunity, submit your CV today
