A well‑established automotive dealership is seeking an experienced Aftersales Manager to lead a busy, high‑performing service department. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in a collaborative environment where teams support each other and take pride in delivering exceptional results.

About the Role
As Aftersales Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance and profitability of the Service Department. You'll drive operational efficiency, deliver an outstanding customer experience, and ensure the team achieves both volume and financial targets. The position offers scope to influence business improvement, raise departmental standards, and enhance the overall aftersales offering.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, develop, and inspire the service team to meet business objectives
Review departmental performance and implement continuous improvement strategies
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and operational excellence
Identify opportunities for innovation and process enhancement
Oversee departmental sales activity and introduce actions to improve results

What We're Looking For

Minimum 2 years' experience as an Aftersales Manager within the automotive industry
Proven background in team leadership and performance management
Self‑motivated, enthusiastic, and able to inspire and influence others
Hands‑on, collaborative approach within a fast‑paced environment
