Assistant Quantity Surveyor
 Oxford (Office Based + Site visits)
 £30,000 - £35,000 + Mileage + Pension + Progression + RICS Support

Excellent opportunity to join an established company delivering bespoke residential and commercial projects across Oxfordshire. The business offers a varied workload across high-end construction projects, with a consistent pipeline of repeat work and an excellent reputation.

This role offers strong exposure to the full project lifecycle and is ideally suited to someone looking to develop into a well-rounded Quantity Surveyor within a hands-on environment. You will work closely with senior team members whilst gradually taking on increased responsibility across projects.

You will be joining a professional, close-knit team with a strong working environment and clear focus on long-term progression as the company continues to grow.

The Role:
 * Assisting with cost planning and estimating from pre-contract through to final account
 * Supporting preparation and agreement of valuations, variations and cost reports
 * Attending site meetings and supporting client interactions
 * Assisting with contract administration and commercial project support

The Person:
 * Understanding of Quantity Surveying or construction fundamentals
 * Previous experience within Residential construction
 * Keen to learn and develop within close-knit team
