The Position

We’re searching for an experienced and imaginative Bar Manager to take the lead on the property’s beverage direction. In partnership with the senior Food & Beverage team, you’ll shape the drinks offering, ensuring it reflects the venue’s high standards and unique personality.

You’ll work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver a smooth, curated guest journey — while coaching and developing a confident, enthusiastic bar team.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  * Oversee day-to-day operations across the hotel’s bar and lounge spaces

  * Create, refine, and maintain a dynamic drinks menu, including signature serves and premium selections

  * Collaborate with culinary and restaurant teams to design well-matched food and drink pairings

  * Train, support, and motivate the bar and floor teams to deliver engaging, consistent service

  * Manage ordering, stock levels, GP, and supplier relationships effectively

  * Maintain elevated service standards in keeping with the venue’s modern, relaxed identity

  * Bring creativity, leadership, and enthusiasm to each shift

About You

  * Strong background working within a high-quality bar or hospitality environment

  * Confident understanding of mixology, spirits, and wine

  * Organised, dependable, and calm under pressure

  * Driven by a desire to create memorable guest experiences

  * A natural leader with a positive, team-focused approach

  * Ambitious, forward-thinking, and ready to develop within a growing operation

Package

  * Salary: £34,000–£38,000 DOE

  * Contract: Full-time
