Behaviour Teaching Assistant - Bexley - £90-£110 a day (dependent on experience) – Immediate Start – Full time

  * Behaviour Teaching Assistant required with previous school based experience

  * Behaviour Teaching Assistant to work full time supporting students with behavioural needs

  * Behaviour Teaching Assistant required to work 1:1 and in small groups with pupils aged 5 to 16

  * Must be able to commute easily to Bexley as a Behaviour Teaching Assistant

The Role – Behaviour Teaching Assistant

Seeking a confident and supportive Behaviour Teaching Assistant to work with mixed-age pupils, aged 5–16 who require additional help managing their behaviour and engagement in learning. In this role, you’ll provide calm, consistent one-to-one and small-group support, implement behaviour strategies, and help create a positive, safe classroom environment. Ideal candidates will have experience with SEMH or behavioural needs, strong communication skills, and a patient, proactive approach. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact across a diverse age range.
