Vehicle Bookings Advisor Required in Bristol

 Our client, a well-established franchise-approved dealership in South Bristol, is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Vehicle Bookings Advisor to join their dynamic Service Department. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for candidates with experience in customer service or call handling to develop their careers within a reputable multi-site automotive group.

Competitive starting salary of approximately £28,089 per annum, with potential to earn over £3,000 in annual bonuses
Overtime paid at time and a half rate
22 days annual holiday plus 8 bank holidays

Working hours from 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, with no weekend work
Full training provided to support your professional growthDuties:

Handle incoming calls efficiently, providing excellent customer service as a Vehicle Bookings Advisor
Coordinate and confirm vehicle service and repair bookings within the workshop schedule
Liaise with customers to follow up on ongoing jobs and advise on scheduling
Prepare paperwork and handover packs for vehicle repairs and servicing
Provide estimates and information to customers via telephone and online platforms
Support Service Advisors with administrative tasks as part of your role as a Vehicle Bookings Advisor
Always ensure communication is positive, helpful, and professional when liaising with customers
Assist in maintaining workshop diaries and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations as a Vehicle Bookings AdvisorRequirements:

Prior experience in customer service, call handling, or a similar role
Strong organisational and communication skills
Well-presented individual with a professional attitude
Customer care focused, with the ability to build rapport easily
A UK driving licence is advantageous but not essential
An interest in the automotive industry is beneficial
