Trainee Mortgage Advisor – Bristol – £75K+ OTE | Full Training

Basic up to £25K | £31K Guarantee | Uncapped Commission

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Trainee Mortgage Advisor / Trainee Mortgage Broker to join a successful mortgage brokerage in Bristol.

This role offers full training, strong lead flow, and excellent career progression into a fully qualified advisor role.

Role Overview

  * Learn and develop mortgage advisory skills

  * Conduct client consultations and assess needs

  * Recommend suitable mortgage products

  * Manage applications from start to finish

  * Work with pre-qualified leads

  * Liaise with lenders and third parties

Requirements

  * CeMAP 1 qualified

  * Sales or customer service background

  * Strong communication skills

  * Motivated and target-driven

  * Full UK driving licence

Package

  * Basic salary up to £25,000

  * £31,000 financial guarantee (first 6 months)

  * Uncapped commission (10%–25%)

  * £45,000 OTE Year 1

  * £75,000+ OTE thereafter

  * Pension and life assurance
