Ready to run the show? We’re on the hunt for a dynamic Branch Manager to take full control of our clients branch in Castleford.

We're seeking an ambitious, self-motivated individual who brings fresh ideas and takes a proactive approach to meeting customers and expanding our customer base.

Responsibilities:
• As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for maximising the contribution by the branch in line with the business plans and overall company policy and strategy
• Developing strategies for increasing existing business, new business and lapsed accounts
• Participating in proactive and reactive sales – both internally and externally based
• Responsible for managing and achieving branch budgets and targets
• Assessing market conditions and identifying opportunities

Skills / Experience:
• Electrical Wholesale experience (essential)
• Driving Licence
• Good knowledge of the local area
• Forward-thinking mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, implement new ideas, and continuously improve branch performance
• Ability to communicate at all levels

Hours:
• Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
• No weekends
