Business Development Manager Facilities Management Field-Based – Southern England Based between Milton Keynes and London Full-Time | Permanent Salary: Up to £50,000 + Car/Allowance + Uncapped Earning Potential Travis Talent are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a growing, forward-thinking Facilities Management provider, seeking an ambitious Regional Sales Manager to drive new business growth across the South of the UK. This is a true “hunter” role, focused on winning new contracts across security and cleaning services. If you thrive on autonomy, building pipelines, and closing deals, this opportunity offers excellent earning potential and long-term progression. The Opportunity You will take ownership of developing new business across a diverse client base, including corporate, commercial, industrial, education, retail, and public sector environments. This is not an account management role — it’s about opening doors, creating opportunities, and converting them into long-term contracts. Key Responsibilities New Business Development * Identify and win new FM contracts across:Corporate security & manned guarding, Specialist security services, Commercial & contract cleaning * Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and tender opportunities * Engage senior decision-makers including Facilities, Estates, and Procurement teams * Drive opportunities from initial contact through to contract award Sales & Commercial Activity * Manage the full sales lifecycle: prospecting, presentations, proposals, negotiation, and close * Prepare high-quality tenders and proposals with internal support * Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM updates * Negotiate commercially sound agreements aligned with company objectives Market Development * Represent the business at industry events and networking opportunities * Build strong relationships to generate repeat and cross-selling opportunities * Provide market insights to support future growth strategies About You We’re looking for a driven, results-focused sales professional with a proven background in Facilities Management.
