Are you a driven Business Development Manager with a strong track record in invoice finance or alternative lending? I’m representing a fast-growing, innovation-led working capital provider that is expanding its commercial team. This organisation offers flexible, tech-enabled funding solutions to SMEs and mid-market clients, with a strong focus on speed, customer experience, and tailored financing.
 They are now seeking an ambitious BDM to accelerate growth across the West Midlands.
 
Key Responsibilities:

Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities within the invoice finance and working capital sector.
Build strong relationships with brokers, advisers & accountants.
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding.
Collaborate closely with credit and operations teams to deliver seamless customer solutions.
Represent the company at industry events and networking forums.About You:

Proven success in business development within invoice finance, receivables finance, or alternative lending.
Strong introducer network and ability to generate your own leads.
Consultative, solutions-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
Comfortable working autonomously while contributing to team targets.
