THE ROLE
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team. This is a pivotal role, working across the marketing and sales team to strengthen our relationships with existing clients as well as develop new relationships with a focus on identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
THE RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for key client communication, relationship management and new client development.
As a Business Development Manager, you will:

Maintain regular and professional communication with existing clients, ensuring we are aware of all their project requirements.

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the architectural and construction sectors.
*
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, developers, and private clients.
*
Negotiate partnerships with various companies for future secure revenue growth.
*
Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to create project proposals for potential projects, using tailored solutions that meet client needs.
*
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
*
Track market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
We’re looking for a target driven individual with proven experience in business development, ideally within the construction, glazing, or architectural sectors.
You will need;
