Do you have proven experience within a wholesale and distribution environment (e.g. electrical, mechanical, HVAC, manufacturing, builder's merchant etc.)? A national group of market-leading wholesale and distribution businesses is looking for a proactive and commercially-minded Business Manager to take the reins of their successful operation in Colchester.

Role Responsibilities

As Business Manager, you'll be taking ownership of a successful mechanical, HVAC and electrical products distribution business. You will:

Develop and maintain relationships with both new and existing B2B customers
Be responsible for the running of the entire business, including full P&L, managing and mentoring employees, driving sales, marketing, logistics and purchasing
Ensure the achievement of set targets and objectives
Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities to develop company performance and revenueRewards
