We are looking for…
We are working with a growing, service-led business who are looking for a Business Support Administrator to join their team.
This is a really varied, busy role where you’ll be at the heart of day-to-day operations — supporting scheduling, coordinating jobs and helping keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. It would suit someone organised, proactive and happy managing multiple tasks at once.
Responsibilities of the Business Support Administrator:
* Supporting with scheduling of jobs and coordinating day-to-day operations
* Managing bookings, enquiries and updating internal systems
* Liaising with clients and teams to ensure work is delivered smoothly
* Assisting with compliance documentation and keeping records up to date
* Supporting with health & safety paperwork and general admin
* Helping manage training records and staff documentation
* Assisting with fleet and equipment administration
* Booking in training, equipment and supporting operational planning
Requirements of the Business Support Administrator:
* Previous experience within an admin, operations or coordination role
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Confident communication skills
* Able to manage a busy and varied workload
* Comfortable using systems and learning new processes
* A proactive, hands-on approach
