Centre Manager needed in Worcester, Worcestershire

Salary: £36,000 basic | £42,000 OTE
Hours: Monday to Friday (occasional Saturday cover as required)We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced and driven Centre Manager to oversee a busy automotive fast fit centre in Worcester. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to take the lead in managing daily operations, driving performance, and delivering outstanding customer satisfaction.

As the Centre Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the workshop and front-of-house team. You will lead by example, ensuring high standards of customer care, efficiency, and safety, while achieving sales and performance targets.

Proven experience in a fast fit, service, or automotive repair management role.

Sound technical understanding of vehicle repair and maintenance.
