£32,000 to £38,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Full Time (Monday to Friday)

What you’ll be doing as a Claims Manager:

Managing and overseeing the day-to-day claims process
Handling complex claims and making decisions on settlements
Leading, coaching, and supporting the claims team
Ensuring compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements
Building strong relationships with clients, insurers, and brokers
Monitoring claims performance and reporting on key metrics 
What we’re looking for in a Claims Manager:

Proven experience in a claims handling role, ideally within insurance
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
Confident communicator with strong customer service focus
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Good IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
