Job Description

We’re looking for a Delivery Coordinator to manage the full candidate cycle for temporary bookings across the Construction and M&E sectors. You’ll focus on fast, accurate fulfilment, building strong contractor pools, and ensuring every placement is fully compliant and efficiently delivered.

Key Responsibilities

Rapid Temp Fulfilment

  * Take ownership of all temp bookings passed from the sales team.

  * Review job briefs and confirm requirements, compliance, and site details.

  * Source available contractors quickly via the database, job boards, referrals, and talent pools.

  * Complete availability checks and suitability screening.

  * Confirm all assignment details with candidates and consultants.

Contractor Pool Management

  * Maintain an active, compliant pool of pre‑screened contractors across key trades.

  * Carry out regular outreach to ensure accurate availability updates.

Compliance & Accuracy

  * Work closely with Sales and Ops Admin to ensure full compliance prior to deployment.

  * Keep candidate profiles, RTW, qualifications, and timesheet info up to date.

  * Log all booking and candidate activity in Tracker in real time.

Insight & Market Data

  * Capture hiring intel, project updates, and market changes from daily contractor conversations.

  * Feed insights to the Lead Resourcer for qualification and sharing with the sales team.

  * Support building new data sets for developing markets and regions.

Skills & Attributes

  * Thrives under pressure in a fast-paced, hour‑to‑hour environment.

  * Clear, confident communicator across phone, email, and messaging.

  * Highly organised with strong multitasking ability.

  * Decisive, proactive, and able to troubleshoot last‑minute issues.

  * Strong at building and maintaining contractor networks.

  * Collaborative and team‑focused
