Digital Marketing Manager – Own the Strategy, Drive the Growth

I’m currently working with a growing ecommerce business looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to take full ownership of their digital strategy and performance.

This is a rare opportunity to join as the first dedicated marketing hire, giving you a genuine blank canvas to shape the direction of digital growth. You’ll work directly with senior leadership, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution to unlock several underutilised channels and accelerate online performance.

We’re looking for someone who brings strong technical digital expertise, but also a creative flair for social and content, particularly across Meta and TikTok.

What you’ll be responsible for -

  * Owning and developing the overall digital marketing strategy

  * Building a content-led growth engine (video and written)

  * Managing and growing organic and paid social channels, including UGC strategies

  * Overseeing the Ecommerce platform, improving UX, SEO, and conversion

  * Driving technical SEO performance across the website

  * Owning data, analytics, tracking and reporting to measure performance and identify opportunities

  * Developing email and CRM strategies to increase customer retention and revenue

  * Managing digital projects with external developers and partners

What we’re looking for -

  * 3+ years’ experience in digital marketing

  * Experience with Magento or similar ecommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce)

  * Strong knowledge of technical SEO and digital analytics

  * Advanced use of Google tools (GA4, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Search Console, Merchant Centre)

  * Experience managing Meta and TikTok (organic and paid)

  * Confident using creative tools such as Canva and Adobe Suite

  * Experience with SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Moz or Ahrefs

This role would suit someone who enjoys taking ownership, building strategy from the ground up, and delivering measurable growth in a fast-paced environment.
