T2MResourcing are working with a successful and growing business who are part of a larger group who have an opportunity for a dynamic Marketing Manager to drive their brand forward and shape their growth strategy.

As Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for planning and executing innovative marketing campaigns that elevate brand visibility, generate leads, and support business objectives. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results.

  * Location: Worcestershire

  * On site

  * Competitive Salary £50,000 to £55,000 and Benefits Package

As Marketing Manager key responsibilities will include:

  * Manage digital campaigns across multiple channels (SEO, PPC, social, email)

  * Develop and implement strategic marketing plans

  * Tender support

  * Scheduling of conferences

  * Analyse performance metrics and optimise campaigns

  * Content creation and brand messaging

  * Coordinate with sales and product teams to align strategies

The successful candidate will have the following skills, experience and attributes:

  * Ideally educated to degree level

  * Professional Qualification - CIM

  * Proven experience in a marketing leadership role

  * Strong digital marketing and analytics skills

  * Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset

  * Excellent communication and project management abilities
