This full-time role is 40 hours over 5 days, with a competitive salary of £29,000 per year.

As our nursery room leader, you will create a nurturing, engaging environment where children can thrive. You’ll work closely with a passionate team to plan stimulating activities, build secure attachments, and ensure high standards of care. We are looking for someone confident, organised, and enthusiastic—someone who brings creativity, compassion, and strong leadership skills to the role of nursery room leader.
In this position, you will support staff development, maintain excellent communication with parents, and ensure all safeguarding and EYFS requirements are met. We value practitioners who are reflective, proactive, and committed to delivering exceptional experiences for every child. If you have experience as a nursery room leader or are ready to step into your first leadership role, we would love to hear from you.
Our ideal nursery room leader will hold a Level 3 childcare qualification (or above), have sound knowledge of early years practice, and demonstrate a positive, collaborative attitude.
