Our welcoming and well-established nursery in Bromley is seeking a dedicated professional to join us as the Room Leader for our cosy 9-place Baby Room. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is committed to delivering high-quality care and exceptional early learning experiences for our youngest children.

As the early years room leader, you will play a vital role in ensuring the baby room is a warm, nurturing, and stimulating environment. You will lead your team by example, demonstrating best practice and supporting the development of both staff and children. The successful candidate will bring creativity, organisation, and a genuine love for early years education.

In this role, the early years room leader will be responsible for planning engaging activities in line with the EYFS, monitoring children’s progress, and building strong relationships with families. You will also ensure that every child’s individual needs are met, and that high-quality safeguarding, health, and safety standards are consistently upheld.

Our ideal early years room leader will hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification (or higher), have experience working with babies, and possess strong leadership and communication skills.
